I love this camera. It feels like a direct upgrade over my D3200. The image quality if SOLID, and with an adapter I can use all of my lenses including the autofocus. Here’s what I like about the camera:

    Pros:
    Picture Quality is fantastic.
Kit lens is small but packs a punch.
Works well on most stabilizers due to the light size
    Battery life is solid
Can stream 4k for 30 minutes with no problems, or all day when set to 1080
Can use USB-C for power supply so us Android phone users can use the same charger as our phone to power the cam.
Cold shoe works well, and the built-in microphone is better than most cameras in the price range.

Now there are a few things I don’t like.

    Cons:
You have to remember to save your settings to one of the 3 user adjustable settings. Not a huge deal, until you realize you turned off Auto ISO and Auto Exposure, then power cycled the camera and those same settings are back on.
The flip-out screen is a solid touchscreen and the colors are true. The reason the flip-out screen is a con for me is because I use my Z30 as a webcam, but for some reason, Nikon put the ports on the SAME SIDE as the flip out, which means you cover your own face when trying to adjust your shot. To get around this, I just use OBS and some prior video knowledge to set my focus point and exposure. Still, it’s super annoying and does slow me down a bit.

So if you’re considering this camera, I say go for it. I got mine “Renewed” which felt good as new. It had maybe 20 shutter clicks on it but saved a ton of money compared to buying new and had everything in the box. Hope this helps!
