Work great with very little setup headaches.

Equipment used with XPro: Nikon D5600, Godox Speedlite TT685II(N)
Photos attached: Nighttime lighting, Unedited. With my transmitter attached, I was able to have the flash off to the side on a tripod and get closer to my subject, as well as one of the shots you see I was able to get down to the water while having light come from an angle. If the flash was attached to my camera, there would be a bar of white at the bottom center of the screen from the flash reflecting off the water.
I take my transmitter and speedlight with my camera wherever I go. I have so much fun with my speedlight and transmitter it almost feels like being a little kid; I take pictures of anything I see around the house, the flowers in my neighbor’s yard…
The biggest takeaway I have is night flash photography. Being able to move your flash around really changes the game. Watch a couple videos on how to compose a shot, how to set your camera to let in light, and boom your photos could rival some professionals, Instagram posts have never gotten so many likes. I am more than satisfied with my purchase, I love this thing

works perfectly with my Nikon D6 and D4s I use the Godox X-Pro-n in conjunction with my Flashpoint strobes and Sekonic L-858D-U light meter equipped with the Godox module. It’s truly my dream set-up! They all work great together!

The Xpro-N worked right out of the box. I was able to unpack and test in about a minute. Controlling Godox strobes without physically touching the strobe is like a breath of fresh air. No more walking over the a strobe or climbing on a ladder and painfully changing settings and then having to walk back multiple times until you get them right.
The Xpro-N lets you just stand behind your camera and select a Godox strobe from the ones displayed on the LCD screen and instantly change it’s settings remotely. With 32 channels you could literally control over 160 strobes effortlessly. At $70 this is affordable and worth every penny if you use Godox equipment. Years ago I would have spent as much as $10K on a studio lighting system (strobes and transmitters) with this much control. I am a skeptical individual but accepts change when it impresses me. Godox strobes and triggers impressed me to the point where I now own 7 DP800III strobes and 2 Xpro-N triggers/transmitters.

I previously used the GODOX X1T-F TTL Strobe Trigger. This trigger had sever limitations and often I would find myself manually using the dials on my Godox AD 600 pro. I upgraded to this trigger and its nigh and day better than the old trigger. I can do everything from my trigger and now find myself using 2-3 lights because its so easy to use. No misfires and to be honest the battery life on the trigger exceeds the one in the flash. The Strobe Trigger had battery limitations.

I have to cycle power my Godex lights EVERY TIME I turn on transmitter for it to work with the lights. The transmitter could be more intuitive. Aside from those two inconveniences, it really is a great for the price. Now that I know the quirks, I have no issue using it successfully.

This is my first foray into WL speedlights, I purchased the Godox V860II along with this Godox transmitter. Despite poor instructions, it was relatively easy to figure out. I tested out the V860II and a Nikon SB700, both as slave units. Surprisingly the Nikon fired, however I am not sure if that is because the Godox speedlight also fired. I need to test them individually.
I did not use the Godox XPro-N i-TTL 2 transmitter at an event as planned. Instead, I returned it because the Flashpoint (Adorama’s version) does the same and includes Bluetooth. The Godox XPro-N i-TTL 2 features easy to use controls, with a nice clear display.

I bought this to use with a Godox tt600 flash that I purchased at the same time. Both are excellent and they work perfectly together. The only downsides to this remote is that it doesn’t have a hot shoe on top and it has a little bit of a learning curve because it also has a lot of features. However, there are lots of excellent on-line videos that help to cut the learning curve. Also, once you figure it out, you can greatly simplify the operation to use only what you need. At the same time, you will have additional features you can use if you later want to expand. I highly recommend this remote especially when paired with one of the many excellent Godox flashes.
