I like this type of mount it allows me to change cameras and lights without ever moving the tripod or stands.
The material they are constructed from appears to be machined billet or cast aluminum ,quite sturdy and of good quality.

These are decent GoPro mount adapters, and I especially like the colored cast aluminum construction. But there is an issue; the two flanges that fit into the GoPro-style “hinge” are slightly thinner than is standard, so that the screw needs to be fitted extra tightly. Even then, however, it still moves easily enough that it would shift out of position if mounted on a motorcycle or anything else that produces or encounters vibrations or jolts. For my purpose (a GoPro extension handle), this is not an issue as I have other means for mounting cameras on my motorcycle.

Got cheap sports camera and accessories from Amazon. Installed plastic mount on mtb and went riding… Fortunately wrist rope was tied to handle as mount snapped.
Replaced with this set and never had to worry again.
